Morning Glory Kikyozaki prefers heat. Choose a spot where the plant gets a minimum of six hours of direct sun every day. A south-facing garden bed, balcony railing, or fence is a perfect spot.

It also needs well-draining soil. Crumble the soil and add some compost to it and then plant the seeds. A healthy soil will germinate the seeds early and make the plant healthy.
