Requests received Before product shipping will be cancelled, if product is shipped then we will not be able to cancel order
Refund Policy after shipping
We will refund 100% amount if product is damaged or lost in transit

For bulbs received damaged or Rotten, Report us within 2 days with photographs,we will investigate and refund replace accordingly
If bulb received good, and it rots later after you have sown , we will not be able to refund or replace, as bulb rotted by growing condition as its growers responsibility
In case of bulbs and seed not germination we have no liability as many factor responsible for germination
All our seeds are branded, and tested by us before making them live on website
For Pots, live plants we take responsibility to deliver undamaged , in case of damage we request you to email us images with order number through email within 3 days of delivery, we will refund or replace the product, in case of non amenability we will refund the amount.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
