1. Prepare the Corms:
Submerge the corms in room-temperature water for 3–4 hours before planting. This helps plump them up for faster growth.
After soaking, they swell and start to look like small claws.
2. Ranunculus bulbs Select the Right Location:
Sunlight: The plant prefers full sunlight. Ensure there is an area that receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight during the day.
Soil: Water flows freely through the soil. If using heavy clay soil, add sand or organic matter to improve drainage.

Timing: For areas with warm weather, plant the corms in fall or late winter. In colder zones, plant corms during early spring right after the last frost.

Dig them up, dry them, and store them in a cool, dry place for replanting the following season.
