Aubrieta Pink is a pretty, low-maintenance, early-spring blooming perennial shrub of pink color. It spreads like a carpet and may be employed very effectively in rock gardens, borders, and wall planting. Aubrieta can be cultivated quite easily through seeds. To flourish, sow Aubrieta seeds in early spring or late summer. They will bloom next year if they are planted in spring, and they will mature before winter if they are planted in late summer. Chicory seeds share the same weather conditions.

Aubrieta likes a touch of alkalinity in the soil and well-draining soil. Plant first in a sunny spot, as it will stop flowering if planted in shade. Second, rake over the soil and incorporate sand or compost, if necessary. Don’t use heavy clay soil since it retains too much water.

Now let’s plant the seeds. Plant them uniformly on the ground surface and gently press them. Don’t plant them in clumps of soil because they require sunlight to germinate. Water them lightly to wet the soil without making it soggy.
