White Marigold are easy to grow and colorful flowers. They are of different colors ranging from yellow, orange to vanilla cream. It is a simple procedure to cultivate marigolds, or rather grow the vanilla type, if you do the following steps.

White Marigold Select Good Seeds
Use good quality vanilla marigold seeds from a reputable supplier. The flower is delicate color and pale yellow with fragrance.
Plant the Soil
Marigolds prefer drainage, so in a bright location in your container or garden that has drainage holes at the bottom. Till over the soil and add some compost to provide the plants with a good foundation.
White Marigold Plant the Seeds
Plant seeds in soil, and sprinkle with thin layer of soil. Water gently to create soil damp but not soggy. Put in sunny warm location in container or garden bed.
Give Moist Soil
Marigolds require continuous water to bloom from seed. Water them in large amounts but never overwater them. Give them a waiting period of seven days and then get small green flowers.
White Marigold Give Light and Elbow Space
Once seedlings are several inches high, thin them out so that the plants have some elbow room. Marigolds thrive in sun and need at least six hours of direct sunlight per day.
Water and Care
Water occasionally when the soil is dry. Marigolds are low-nutrient plants, but a yearly dose of balanced plant food applied monthly will produce more blooms.
