Sunflower Vincent Fresh Pollen-free and day-length neutral, Vincent’s Fresh features slightly rounded petals in a delightful overlapping array, producing a semi-double appearance. Golden orange petals and bright green centers.
Planting Tips:
- A warm-season annual that prefers full sun.
- Plant after danger of frost and soil has warmed.
- Start seeds indoors 2-3 weeks before planting date or cast seeds directly in the garden.
- Cover seed with soil; allow 5-10 days to germinate.
- Space plants 6-12” apart in the garden, grows to 60” tall.
- 50-60 days to bloom.
- Less sensitive to day length than other Sunflowers for greater flexibility in programming
- Better height under short days, not too tall under long days
- Allows growers to produce high quality crops early, mid and late season

Sunflower Vincent Fresh Stage I Starts with the radicle breaking through the testa. The roots are touching the medium. Ends with fully developed cotyledons.
Stage II Starts from fully developed cotyledons. Ends with the fully developed true leaf or true leaf pair.
Stage III Starts from the fully developed true leaf or true leaf pair and ends with 80% of the young plants being marketable.
Stage IV All young plants are ready for sale and in the process of being hardened off. This stage lasts about 7 days.
