- The cactus loves full sun. Position it where it can get a minimum of six hours of direct sunlight daily.
- Warm temperatures are ideal, and no frost at all is acceptable. Bring it in if it gets below 50°F (10°C).
- Plant it in a well-draining soil like a cactus mix with perlite or sand to avoid root rot.
