How to Grow Kashmiri Chili Seeds
Chilli Kashmiri are famous for their rich red color and medium spiciness. You can grow them from seeds easily if you do. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to grow healthy Kashmiri chili plants at home.
Get the Seeds
Purchase fresh Kashmiri chili seeds from a reputable trader. Fresh seeds will germinate easily. Dry Kashmiri chilies can be used if fresh ones are not available; deseed them and use them.

Prepare the Soil
Choose a potting mix that drains well and garden soil, compost, and sand mixture. Chilies can be cultivated in slightly acidic to neutral soil of pH 6.0-7.0. Root development is best suited in rich and light soil.

Plant the Seeds
Chilli Kashmiri Sow small pots or trays of pre-treated soil. Sow seeds ¼ inch deep and just cover with soil. Water slowly so that the soil is moist but not soggy.
Give the Ideal Conditions
Place the pots in a warm, indirect sunlight location. Kashmiri chili seeds need 70°F to 85°F (21°C to 29°C) to germinate. Keep low moisture soil levels at all times.
